Bear in a Birdcage
We all know that power and lightness equals performance, but strength and ridgity must play a factor as 140+ horsepower and a frame knocked up in your mates shed, out of school chairs, is not the answer!
This bike was bought by a friend off of a company on Facebook, it broke down on it’s maiden voyage and was returned to be repaired. After it came back a second voyage was planned, once repaired by the side of the road it was ridden home, stuck in second gear, and it came apart! IE the frame snapped in two places and the posh billet yokes the handle bars are clamped to cracked! The only answer was to reframe it using a quality frame from Gasoline Alley.
